Yeah I'm kinda seeing a Q2 or Q3 release for Smash, while Kart would be a bit before.

Huh well I guess I was close.

Q2 (Summer) for 3DS, Q4 (Winter) for Wii U.

this is the first time luigi hasb't been a secret character so this makes me think that maybe, just maybe, they'er not going to make you grind a bunch of bullshit for 12 hours to unlock all the characters, they're just going to be there from the start.

this turned out to not be right BUT the number of versus matches you have to play to unlock all the characters has been significantly lowered, czech it out

Spoiler for why am i even spoilering this:
10 matches - Ness
20 matches - Falco
30 matches - Wario
40 matches - Lucina
50 matches - Dark Pit
60 matches - Dr. Mario
70 matches - R.O.B.
80 matches - Ganondorf
90 matches - Mr. Game & Watch
100 matches - Bowser Jr.
110 matches - Duck Hunt Dog
120 matches - Jigglypuff

I used Mewtwo a few times but eventually went back to Random, my tried-and-true main.

I played this for the first time at the house of a pal... It was really fun and I seem to be pretty good at it. My favorite character so far is Rosalina. She's everything I liked about the Zelda side of Zelda/Sheik, but better. Wario comes in at a close second. I played the "Cloud DLC" and, I hate to be the one to say it, but he does seem pretty OP. Anyone who chose him last night was pretty much guaranteed a sound victory. It's fun, it's pretty, there is a great character selection, I'm pretty pleased.

I'll never accept the idea of "combat heels", though, and think that such barbaric implements are best left consigned to the incinerator.
