Welcome to the new forum! It's mostly the same as the old one.
I've added a few random emoticons to start us off. I may add a few more from the old forum... if you have suggestions, post them. I guarantee nothing though... most old emoticons have no chance of being readded. Large emoticons (like, the really big stuff) will not be accepted. Image macros (like megabump) will be added in the future but not now.
As for skins, you're stuck with the default for now. This default WIP skin with lots of rainbows. Once I'm sure I'm done, I will post notes on how to create skins... you'll have to port over old skins yourself if you want them. I might port over a few, but it won't be many.
There are a few things missing. Spoiler tags are one thing. Onfire tags are another thing. Probably other stuff too. I'll be adding that stuff and polishing the skin throughout the next few days.
